Hybrid Operating Room

The new 2,800-square-foot hybrid operating room in Reading, Pennsylvania, was programmed and designed in an existing catheterization laboratory. The space includes control and equipment rooms for the operating room, as well as support ares. The hybrid cath lab includes a floor mounted c-arm, ceiling mounted light and equipment booms, an integrated operating room ceiling, and isolated power panels. The room was designed to function primarily as a cath lab with the ability to be used an operating room if a patient requires surgery. The $1.8mm project completed in January 2019.
